NASYAM:
Nasal instillation / Insufflations
It is defined as the nasal application of medication in both powder and liquid form.

Procedure:
In Nasyam, the patient is made to sit comfortably for the gentle application of lukewarm oil over the vertex region followed by the application of oil over the face, neck and supra clavicular region, then special strokes in different direction for about 15 mins are given till the oil is evenly spread over the face. These parts are then made to sweat with the help of suitable sudation therapy. Special drops of Nasyam oil are then instilled alternatively into the nostrils giving instructions to inhale them slowly. Face massage followed by sudations is done once again and patient is instructed to lie for about half in hour.

Heaviness of head, Headache, Sinusitis, Flu, Nervous disorders, Anxiety fear, Restlessness, Vision defects, Sports injuries like Rotator cuff injuries, Muscular Cramps over the Neck and Shoulder regions Etc...
