Navarakhizi
It is that therapeutic procedure by which the whole body or any specific part of the body is made to perspire by the external application of certain medicated puddings.
Procedure:
Patient's head and body is smeared with medicinal oil and made to lie on a wooden bed. Then the body is massaged gently using those medicated puddings in the form of boluses made with the help of muslin cloth, Navara rice, cooked in medicinal decoction and milk. The massage using warm boluses is continued for 60-90mins, then the rice paste on the body is wiped off and warm medicated oil is applied again and massaged gently for few minutes, finally patient is given bath in moderately warm medicated water.

All Skeletal and Muscular diseases, Paralysis, Sciatica, all types of Rheumatism, Joint pain, Emaciation of limbs, Hypertension, Hyperlipidaemia and also certain kinds of Skin diseases, Certain debilitating Conditions.
